If you are being referred by your GP with a Mental Health Treatment Plan (MHTP), your GP can email or fax a referral and a copy of the MHTP to us via the above email address or fax number.
 
Please note: Our business hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Phone calls, text messages, and emails are not monitored or responded to outside of these hours.​ Within our business hours, we may not respond to you for up to two business days.
