Psychology Services - Face to Face and Telehealth
At Judy Warner Psychology we provide one-on-one therapy designed around your individual needs and goals. We use evidence-based methods, drawing on the modalities of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT).

We provide support for adolescents (age 10+) and adults of all ages.
Sessions can be provided face-to-face or by telehealth (phone or video conference).
Our fees are designed to ensure that all individuals can access therapy when needed.

Private Fee You may self-refer without a GP Mental Health Treatment Plan. Our fee for a 50 minute session is $185.00 and there is no Medicare rebate. Some private health fund extras will cover psychology services and you may be entitled to a rebate from your health fund. Contact your health fund to find out more. GP Referral Fee Your GP may refer you with a Mental Health Treatment Plan. Our fee for a 50 minute session is $185.00 and you will be entitled to a Medicare rebate of $96.65, for up to 10 sessions per calendar year. This means that your out of pocket expense (gap fee) will be $88.35 per session. NDIS Fee If your NDIS plan is Plan Managed or Self Managed the fee for a 50 minute session is $222.99. You or your nominated plan manager will be provided an invoice for this amount. At this time, we are not registered to support you if your NDIS plan is Agency Managed. DVA and WorkCover We welcome referrals funded by DVA and WorkCover. Invoices are sent directly to the funder, and there will be no out-of-pocket expenses for you. |
Cancellation Policy We understand that sometimes things happen; however, we value both your time and ours. To enable us to offer your appointment to somebody who is waiting, if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment we require a minimum of 24 hours notice (e.g. if your appointment is at 10.00 am we require notice that you will not be attending or need to reschedule by 10.00 am the day before). If you provide us with less than 24 hours' notice, a cancellation fee will apply. Reminders You will receive a reminder by SMS/text 3 days prior to your appointment. Please respond Yes, No, or Reschedule to assist us with reallocating your appointment and rescheduling if you are unable to attend. You will receive a final reminder of your appointment by email the day before your appointment. |
